I need a handyman for...
Small plumbing repairs can often be a nightmare as many plumbers in York are not interested in taking these on. As a handyman we are happy to deal with small plumbing repairs such as replacing kitchen taps, or fixing a broken toilet flush issue, and we don’t charge sky high fees.
Sometimes all you need is a professional handyman to take care of those small electrical jobs around the house. We can carry out minor electrical repairs in York such as replacing light fittings, or replacing plug sockets and switches. And we won’t ‘shock’ you with our prices!
At FiXXED Property Maintenance, we carry out various commercial property maintenance for landlords and letting agents, retail and hospitality customers, and other businesses around York. Like our domestic work our commercial handyman services cover odd jobs such as hanging blinds, shelving, or building flat pack furniture. We also carry out electrical safety (PAT testing) for a number of businesses around York.
Handyman services across York and surrounding areas
Wherever you are in York we are happy to pop over and help with those odd jobs. We also travel to surrounding areas including Haxby & Wiggington, Poppleton, Bishopthorpe, and Elvington. If you need a handyman in Harrogate, or anywhere further out we can travel to you but we may charge a small fee to cover petrol.
Some of our recent work includes...
Installation of a wall mounted TV on a tilting bracket on a chimney breast brick wall.
Replacement of a dripping mixer tap with a stylish new kitchen tap.
A whole bedroom suite of furniture assembly including bed, wardrobe, and drawers.
Electrical safety testing carried out for a HMO landlord. PAT testing all appliances in a student HMO in York.
