We are FiXXED Property Maintenance York
Handyman services, small plumbing and electrical repairs, and odd jobs
Welcome to FiXXED Property Maintenance, your local handyman team serving York and the surrounding areas.
We started FiXXED with a simple goal: take the stress out of keeping your home or business maintained.
We know how frustrating it can be finding a reliable tradesperson happy to take on those smaller jobs, so that’s where we come in.
From a squeaky door or a dripping tap to that list of jobs you’ve been meaning to get around to, we’re here to get them sorted.
Why choose FiXXED?
Finding a reliable tradesperson for those smaller jobs shouldn’t be difficult. We understand the frustrations, which is why we built Fixed around three simple standards: Honest, Respectful, Reliable.
Honest
No jargon, no hidden fees, and absolute clarity from the start. We provide upfront pricing and fixed price quotes so the price we quote is exactly what you pay. If a job is simpler than expected, we'll tell you.
Respectful
We treat your home with the exact same care as our own. That means arriving with clean tools, protecting your floors, tidying up every speck of dust before we leave, and being polite and professional throughout our visit.
Reliable
We know how frustrating it is to be ghosted by tradespeople. If we promise a time, we show up. On the rare occasion traffic delays us, we keep you informed. We do what we say we’ll do, every single time.
What we do
We provide handyman services to help you get those odd jobs around the house done, from TV wall mounting and flat pack furniture assembly to general home repairs.
Many plumbers understandably focus on larger jobs, but we’re happy to help with smaller plumbing repairs around your home. From replacing kitchen taps to fixing minor leaks and other everyday plumbing issues, we’re here to get them sorted
Sometimes all you need is a professional handyman for a small electrical repair. We can help with replacing light fittings, plug sockets and switches, as well as other minor electrical jobs around the home
